Interior Basement Floor Lift in Guelph, ON

Our Canadian Concrete Leveling crew was called in by Granite Homes in Guelph Ontario. Several homes in the newly built subdivisions were built on a hill that fed into a small stream. This resulted in a lot of moisture being built up underneath the home, causing a section of the homes basement floor to sink. The floor had sunk 1.5 inches before our crews came. Using our Polylevel technology we were able to get the flooring back to its correct level with ease. We then used our Nexus Pro Sealant to fill the cracks in the concrete floor. The home owners and Granite Homes were ecstatic with the job that was done, and are now recommending us highly!
