Mathew comes from a background in residential construction and renovation sales, where he spent years working directly with homeowners and helping guide projects from the first conversation through to completion. That experience shaped his approach today as a Project Manager at Canadian Concrete Leveling—focused on understanding each property, asking the right questions, and helping homeowners feel confident about the solution in front of them. He values clear, honest communication and making sure expectations are always straightforward from the start.
What stands out most to Mathew is how practical and effective polyurethane concrete leveling is, especially in Canadian conditions. He appreciates that it offers homeowners a smart, efficient solution that avoids unnecessary disruption while still delivering strong, lasting results. Within the team, he values the supportive environment and the shared pride in doing quality work—where everyone pulls in the same direction and genuinely cares about the outcome.
Outside of work, Mathew is happiest when he’s outdoors—whether that’s fishing, biking, camping, or getting out for a round of golf. He still plays hockey and enjoys cooking and hosting family and friends whenever he gets the chance. One place he always finds himself drawn back to is Tobermory and the Bruce Peninsula, a spot he describes as feeling like a getaway that’s surprisingly close to home.
