This garage floor in Ajax, Ontario had become weathered over time, with visible cracking and open joints developing across the slab.
After stabilizing and confirming alignment, we completed a full crack and joint sealing application to protect the surface. The sealant was installed into the existing separations to help reduce the entry of water, dirt, and debris beneath the slab.
Sealing these joints helps limit further erosion and movement caused by seasonal freeze-thaw cycles, which are common in Ontario. It also helps keep the surface cleaner and reduces areas where debris can collect over time.
Once completed, the floor has a more uniform, finished appearance while maintaining its structural function and protection. The result is a cleaner, more consistent garage surface that is better prepared for long-term use.
