Solution

Small access points were drilled to allow for the injection of a high-density, expanding polyurethane material beneath the driveway. As the material expanded, it filled voids caused by soil settlement and provided controlled lifting force to bring the slab back to its original position.
This process restored a smooth, flush transition between the driveway and garage threshold while reinforcing the sub-base to help prevent future movement. To complete the repair, we performed a joint sealing application using a premium crack and joint sealant to close gaps and protect against water infiltration and debris buildup.
