Residential Photo Album: Numerous Hazards at Retirement Condo, Toronto ON
In Toronto, Ontario, many residents at this retirement condominium had been asking for walkway repairs because many of the concrete slabs had started to settle, revealing tripping hazards. The property managers came together and found Canadian Concrete Leveling to go to the rescue. Director of Sales Matt McCullough visited the location and showcased our products and services. After quoting, it all worked well with the property managers, and they agreed for us to level their property permanently. Our Installation Foreman, Bill McKeown and Installation Specialist, Liam, started lifting each slab from walkways, porches, and seating areas. The results were outstanding, and many residents who walked around noticed the difference immediately. Here are some examples of the work:
A few more pumps of our high-density polyurethane to level out the back seating area.
The front walkways to the ground-level apartments are level. Now it is time to seal the joints with our NexusPro® sealant.
Our PolyLevel® system has a hose that runs approximately 300ft and can be ran anywhere.
The hazard at hand

Cover our tracks
After sweeping the area, we place fresh concrete to cover our dime-sized injection holes.
Levelling the front of the condo
Down the line
We strategically drill holes where the concrete needs the most lifting.
