The company called back quickly and the rep showed up when promised. He showed some flexibility on pricing and then it went to operations. The office again confirmed Kyle for the work and he showed up a little late due to an equipment problem. Kyle was friendly, professional and thorough. The work was done quickly and they caulked the edges to make it look good. I should have done this 5 years ago. Glad it's done and I hope I never have to use the warranty.
