Laura is often the first friendly voice you’ll hear when reaching out to Canadian Concrete Leveling. As a Customer Service Representative, she brings a calm, welcoming presence to every interaction, ensuring each call, question, and booking request is handled with care from the very beginning.

At her core, Laura believes in keeping things simple and leading with kindness. Whether she’s helping a customer find the right solution or connecting them with the right member of the team, her goal is always the same: to make the experience easy, positive, and genuinely helpful. If she doesn’t have an answer right away, she’s committed to finding the right person who does.

What drew Laura to CCL was more than just a role—it was the people and the purpose behind the work. She values being part of a team that prioritizes integrity, meaningful service, and truly helping others. That supportive environment is what makes her feel right at home.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys slowing things down and focusing on self-care. She’s often trying new beauty products, practicing yoga or pilates, or relaxing with a good show and takeout. She also volunteers with the research team at CAMH, contributing to work that aims to make a positive impact in the community.

One of her most meaningful experiences was a family trip through Wales, Scotland, and England, where she met extended family for the first time and connected with her roots. The landscapes of the Welsh and Scottish Highlands left a lasting impression, both for their beauty and personal significance.

In her day-to-day role, Laura stays organized, keeps things running smoothly, and serves as a reliable first point of contact for customers. Her natural attentiveness, warmth, and genuine desire to help make her an important part of the CCL team.
