Laura is the friendly voice you’ll likely hear first when you reach out to Canadian Concrete Leveling. As our Customer Service Representative, she brings a calm, helpful presence to every interaction—making sure each call, question, or booking request is handled with care from the very start.
At her core, Laura believes in keeping things simple and leading with kindness. Whether she’s helping a customer find the right solution or connecting them with the right member of our team, her goal is always the same: make the experience easy, positive, and genuinely helpful. And if she doesn’t have the answer right away, she’ll make sure to find someone who does.
Laura was drawn to something deeper than just a job. She values being part of a group that prioritizes integrity, meaningful work, and helping people—not just business. That sense of purpose, combined with a supportive and kind team environment, is what makes her feel right at home here.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys slowing things down and focusing on self-care. You’ll often find her exploring new beauty products, trying out yoga or pilates, or simply unwinding with a good show and takeout. She also spends time volunteering with the research team at CAMH, contributing to efforts that aim to make a positive impact in the world.
One of her most memorable experiences was a family trip through Wales, Scotland, and England, where she met extended family for the first time and connected with her roots. The stunning mountain landscapes of the Welsh and Scottish Highlands left a lasting impression—both for their beauty and the personal meaning behind the trip.
In her day-to-day role, Laura thrives on staying organized, keeping things running smoothly, and being that reliable first point of contact for customers. Her “secret sauce”? A combination of attentiveness, warmth, and a genuine desire to help—qualities that make her an essential part of the CCL team.
