We use a high-tech polyurethane polymer that is incredibly lightweight and waterproof. It’s the difference between fixing a problem with a heavy rock vs. a sturdy, structural lift.

A: Yes! Our process is specifically designed to find and fill those empty spaces (voids) that cause slabs to rock or sink. By injecting our stabilizing material, we create a solid, waterproof base that stops the "pumping" effect often seen in high-traffic industrial environments.

A: It usually comes down to the soil. Whether it’s soil erosion from heavy rain, or the ground simply settling over time, those empty spaces (voids) under your slab cause it to dip. Our polyurethane injection fills those voids to give your concrete the support it needs.
