This beautiful stamped concrete entrance in Bradford had developed a major problem—a dangerous lip right where the driveway met the walkway. Over time, soil settlement had turned what should be a welcoming front entrance into a serious tripping hazard for family and guests. The homeowners feared they might need a full concrete replacement, but Canadian Concrete Leveling offered a better solution. Using our specialized polyurethane concrete leveling process, we lifted the entire slab back into place in just a few hours, stabilizing the subgrade and eliminating the uneven transition. There was no messy demolition, no torn-up landscaping, and no waiting days for new concrete to cure. By the afternoon, the entrance was safe, seamless, and looked brand new once again. A new home in King City, ON had a year-old garage floor. It had started to sink over 3 inches! Since the soils around the house were still fairly loose when the floor was poured, the weight of the concrete compressed the soil, the garage floor started to sink.

The customer called Canadian Concrete Leveling to find out if we offered a better solution than re-pouring the concrete. Our Project Lead met with the homeowners and presented a solution that would provide a permanent fix for the floor.

Our foreman, Billy McKeown used our patented PolyLevel™ Injection System to lift and level the concrete. 

The customer was happy that Canadian Concrete Leveling was able to fix the concrete without having to rip up and re-pour a new floor. They were extremely pleased with the outcome and were also happy that the area is under warranty for 10 years.

Garage floors deal with a lot of wear and tear. The constant weight of vehicles driving back and forth takes a toll, and after an extended period, many garage floors begin to fail.

A customer in Innisfil, Ontario, noticed cracks were forming in his garage floor. He wanted the issue fixed before it got worse, so he reached out to Canadian Concrete Leveling after hearing about how we can stabilize concrete. 

Project Manager Paul Mendell met with the homeowner and inspected the garage. Paul discovered a void beneath the concrete floor. He explained to the customer, and how we could fill the void and stabilize the concrete, and the customer eagerly booked a repair date. 

Foreman Kyle McKeown started by drilling a few dime-sized holes in the concrete. He used these as injection ports for installing our PolyLevel® high-density polyurethane. PolyLevel® expands beneath the concrete, compressing fill soils and stabilizing the floor above. After completing the repair, Kyle patched the holes with fresh concrete.

The customer is thrilled that his garage is fixed. He doesn’t need to worry about the cracks anymore, and he knows his floor is stable and supported.

Our client had a sloping walkway and sinking stairs, and they wanted it fixed. They decided to call Canadian Concrete Leveling to solve the problem. Our Project Manager, Joe McColl, came up with the best solution for our clients that would repair the issues they had been having! He concluded that we would need to install PolyLevel® as well as sealant to fix the walkway and stairs.
