The Corporation (Peel Standard Condominium Corporation) hired Canadian Concrete Leveling to lift and level uneven exterior concrete of the pedestrian walkways in the property with a new technology which is not only lesser-priced as compared to replacing the concrete slab but also with minimal and non-messy disturbance. They came in a truck with their equipment, drilled a hole in the concrete slab and injected the PolyLevel polymer-based solution. We were pleasantly surprised to see how the sagging concrete slab magically started coming up by 2" to 3", bringing it in level with the adjacent slabs. The work was done very professionally with minimal disturbance, so much so that the residents did not even notice the work being done. The Corporation saved a lot of money by not having to replace the concrete slab. Perfect for water ponding and level difference at joints to avoid slip and falls. To top it, Canadian Concrete Leveling also provides a 10-year warranty on the work carried out. The Corporation is more than satisfied with the work and highly recommend Canadian Concrete Leveling for their professionalism and costs saving unique technology.

20-year-old concrete driveway needed leveling along with a concrete pathway on side of the house. Communication throughout the job was great and service was performed as scheduled and on time. Mr. Santos provided the Estimate and it was professional with drawings provided. The repair work was excellent and Kyle took the time to make sure the leveling was as good as it can be and that I was satisfied. I am now on second phase with crack ms and expansion joint being filled in. Cracks have been sealed very nicely and appears to blend nicely with the driveway.Highly recommended!

I engaged Canadian Concrete leveling to level my concrete slab pool deck. The team arrived on time and went about their work quickly and efficiently. They answered any question I had and were very personable. The leveling job was complex because of the number of large slabs and many angles. The finished pool deck now looks great and the trip hazards have been removed. The small holes that were left behind were hardly noticeable. Job well done.
