The work done to level the concrete deck and then fill all the joints was excellent. Looks like new again. The value for money was great. This puts me in a really good position to now replace the liner. The technicians did a great job and were very professional.

What a brilliant service! Facing a repair job worth thousands and thousands of dollars to break up our tiered walkway, re-level the underlying bed, and rebuild the walkway. Learned about Canadian Concrete leveling. Their friendly, courteous and professional estimator/assayer showed up timely, proposed a solution, estimate, and scheduled the crew. Minutes later their office phoned offering earlier service as a crew had just finished another job earlier than anticipated. They arrived within an hour and within an hour were done - levelled the major slabs the walkway is built on, filled the underlying voids, plugged the small access holes with complimentary coloured mortar and cleaned up the site. All this for a fraction of what a traditional repair would have cost. Very well pleased.

The entire team from the estimator to Kyle was an amazing experience. They lifted my garage and I am more than satisfied with the results. 2yrs later and still amazed by the results. 

Kyle was very good at getting us a quote and educated us on the difference between polyurethane injection and concrete pumping for the driveway leveling. Bill and JP though I can't rave enough. They are so good at what they do, professional, polite, quick and no mess! They continually made sure we felt like a priority and made sure everything was good until the work was done. Nowadays it's so hard to find a business that will not only start your small residential project but also finish it. Give these guys a call you won't regret it.

Fast response to request. Came quickly for quote. Sent quote when they said they would. Set up date for work. Showed up at 9 to start the work! Professionals and friendly and explained what they were doing.

I have a 20 year old concrete driveway which was sinking and lead water down the sides of my home into the basement. Rather than replacing the driveway with asphalt paving it was more economical to re-level the concrete and seal against the house to prevent water from seeping into the basement. I found the two companies in Ontario who were known for doing this type of work. I accepted the quote from Canadian Concrete Leveling(CCL) even though it was higher, because it included the sealant. I could have chosen the competitor's cheaper quote and do the sealant myself but the CCL warranty was stronger since they included the sealant in their work. I am impressed with the level of professionalism and responsiveness shown by this company from the very beginning when the project manager Paul Mendell quoted the job to the installers Bill and Liam accomplishing the lift. Because of the weather I am waiting on a dry period for the sealing to be done. I have no doubt that he will indeed do a fantastic job as has the rest of the team. I know that CCL and its employees are proud in doing a good job. This is what we have forgotten to expect and encourage from the people we hire to work for us, and so this is my small part in saying thank you.

I just wanted to write to tell you how happy I am with the result of lifting my pool deck. From my initial call to yourself, then Kyle coming out to give me a quote to Bill completing the work - all of you have been so helpful and professional and a total pleasure to work with and the results are amazing - Better than I even expected!  Mary - you were so friendly and efficient and kept me informed of my appointment with Kyle  Kyle - was great to me produced a very detailed quote that was handed to me at the end of the appointment with no pressure to sign. Kyle answered all of my questions and even had knowledge of applying the leveling polyurethane injection as he had worked with the installation team. It was fun to swap travel stories as well. Bill called to let me know when he would arrive, was very polite and quickly got to work - explaining what he would be doing. Within minutes small holes were drilled and leveling polyurethane injection applied and the first slab leveled the second shortly followed, cracks were ground out and filled and then made to disappear - holes were filled and I was asked if I was happy - which I was amazed how well the slabs leveled out  Bill then went around cleaning up and you would think the slabs had never failed.
