This letter is to provide a reference to Matt McCullough and his production crew (Bill and Aidan) from Canadian Concrete Leveling, for the diligent and professional manner in which he and his crew completed the installation work at our project in Woodbridge. Our Site was faced with some weak soil issues and Matt was able to meet, consult and educate our team on CCL’s Products, services, and solutions. A methodology was developed and proposed by Matt and the work was completed in a very timely manner saving on downtime and remediation costs that would have greatly exceed CCL’s costs. I have a 3-year-old stamped concrete driveway and walkway that had settled. My contact with CCL, from the initial call to the completion of the works have been positive. I would especially like to mention that their Kyle and Aidan, who did the actual repairs, were excellent ambassadors of CCL. On the agreed date, they called in advance to inform me of their expected time of arrival. They did a quick inspection and provided me with a step by step explanation of the process and what I should expect at the end of the works. They were extremely professional, polite, kept me updated of the progress, and at the end of the works cleaned the entire work area. I will have no hesitation in recommending them.

The Corporation (Peel Standard Condominium Corporation) hired Canadian Concrete Leveling to lift and level uneven exterior concrete of the pedestrian walkways in the property with a new technology which is not only lesser-priced as compared to replacing the concrete slab but also with minimal and non-messy disturbance. They came in a truck with their equipment, drilled a hole in the concrete slab and injected the PolyLevel polymer-based solution. We were pleasantly surprised to see how the sagging concrete slab magically started coming up by 2" to 3", bringing it in level with the adjacent slabs. The work was done very professionally with minimal disturbance, so much so that the residents did not even notice the work being done. The Corporation saved a lot of money by not having to replace the concrete slab. Perfect for water ponding and level difference at joints to avoid slip and falls.
