Raised the concrete to level and also to prevent water from pooling and eventually getting into the house.

We needed some work done around our pool area. The concrete base/platform for our pool shed had sunk at one end (leaving our shed on a tilt) and there were several spots around our concrete pool deck that had also sunk over time creating a real trip hazard. We called CCL who were excellent from start to finish. Matt came to review the work that needed to be done. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He recommended that before they did any work we should get a service company to locate the hydro, water and gas services and he provided us with a name to do that. They came the next day! Once that was done Matt and team reviewed what we wanted to be done against the locate drawings and determined we were "good to go." The job was then scheduled. The team who arrived (Bill) was also excellent. They were on time (actually 1/2 hour early), friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, careful and, most importantly, did a GREAT job! Pool shed and pool patio are back to level again...no more trip hazards!! I was very pleasantly surprised at how well it all went and how well it all turned out. I'd use them again in a second.

Right from the promise of a visit to quote the job by Paul Mendell last year and re-scheduling with a new date due to actual visit and realizing the weather is too cold, the office staff, Amber and other folks have been very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Bill, the technician who came to do the job was very experienced as the job had multiple pieces of concrete and the 2 pieces close to the front step had sunk in almost 4". He had to match everything up including some pieces not initially planned to touch. The whole area looks great and properly sloped and the step is well to the code now. I will recommend Canadian Concrete Leveling to any of my friends and family. Thanks for a job well done and a courteous and professional experience throughout.

I had asked for help in leveling a concrete slab in my backyard and although the company’s scope of work could not remedy the situation, Matt was so kind as to refer me to a company that could help. Matt was personable, honest and very knowledgeable.  He definitely knows his product and is eager to help. It is nice to know there are people who still care about others.
