Canadian Concrete Leveling Job Stories

leveling Concrete for walkway in London, Ontario
A community centre in London, Ontario had a hazardous walkway that disrupted the daily foot traffic from the workers and community. The slabs had shifted to different heights and angles which made it challenging to walk from one end to the other. The community centre noticed that the walkway slabs are in good condition and don't need replacing, rather they need to be levelled. The community centre found Canadian Concrete Leveling to fix the hazard and complete it within the same day.    Our Project Manager, Andy Moncreiff, assessed the situation and told the centre that the slabs will be lifted using our high-density polyurethane and will take under fifteen minutes to complete so it won't interrupt the foot traffic. On a later day, our installation team came in to complete the work. The beautiful thing about our job sites is that the process is non-invasive, and the clean-up makes the concrete look brand new.  The community centre was amazed by the work completed and how the slabs look brand new and the fact that they do not have to worry anymore about tripping when coming and going.
Stepping Safely Again: Restoring a London Walkway Without a Messy Replacement
In London, Ontario, one homeowner was facing a frustrating problem: their main entrance walkway had settled unevenly, creating a real trip hazard. Every step onto the path was a worry, and replacing the concrete entirely would have been expensive, messy, and disruptive.   Looking for a smarter solution, they reached out to our team. After assessing the walkway and providing a clear, honest quote, we got to work. Using our high-density polyurethane injection system, we carefully filled the voids beneath the slabs, lifting the walkway back to a safe, level height.   But we didn’t stop there. To ensure the walkway remained stable for years to come, we applied our premium crack and joint sealant—a watertight barrier that prevents erosion and protects the concrete from future settling.     In just a few hours, the entrance was transformed: smooth, stable, and ready for use. What was once a safety concern became a welcoming, safe entry for the homeowners—proof that restoring concrete doesn’t always mean tearing it out.
Trip Hazards Removed with PolyLevel® in Hanover, ON
These homeowners had very dangerous trip hazards around their home and were concerned about the safety of their family and friends.  Their stairs had sunk and there was a gap between the concrete slabs right in front of their home which was a major concern. They made the right decision to remove these hazards and called Canadian Concrete Leveling for the job.   Project Manager, Paul Mendell, inspected the home and established that PolyLevel® would be needed to lift and level the concrete in order to get rid of the trip hazards. Once the plan was in place, Installation Foreman, Bill McKeown, and his production team went to the home to execute the job. They injected PolyLevel® underneath the stairs and concrete slabs in order to lift and level them.  When the work was completed and all hazards were removed, the homeowners were relieved to have a safe place for their family and friends.
Inaccesible Garage
In Wellesley, Ontario, this home had a garage and side entrance sink alarmingly. The garage made it challenging for cars to come and go, and the side entrance made it a tripping hazard, especially in the dark hours of the day. The homeowners reached out to Canadian Concrete Leveling to level things out; no pun intended. They were thrilled to hear that the process can be completed within the same day, it will be non-invasive, and the concrete can be used right away after our PolyLevel® is in place. Our Installation Specialist arrived to start the leveling. He set up, lifted the concrete, and cleaned it up in under fifteen minutes which is outstanding versus mud jacking; you would have to wait until everything underneath is dry. Our high-density polyurethane cures immediately when applied so our clients can use their concrete spaces right after leaving. In little to no time, the garage and side entryway were hazard-free!
Let me in the Garage!
Garages are meant to be easy to drive in and out of them. Unfortunately, this home in Waterloo, Ontario, gave the homeowners a run for their money! The garage threshold had a lip since the driveway had started sinking. The lip creates three problems: a tripping hazard when walking in and out, trouble driving in, and pooling/ice forming depending on the weather. The homeowners wanted to fix this problem without pouring more material, compromising the look of the driveway, and they wanted to save the most money possible. They did some research and noticed that they could contact Canadian Concrete Leveling and fix their concrete without compromising the existing driveway.    After the homeowners scheduled an appointment for one of our Project Managers, Andy Moncrieff provided a thorough and honest quote. Our installation team was able to start on the job on a later day. Our installation team, Kyle McKeown and JP Basto, arrived on the scene to lift this driveway back to normal. They use our highly dense polyurethane, which we refer to as our PolyLevel® system, to permanently raise the concrete as quickly and effectively as possible. Depending on the job, it can take five minutes to one hour to complete. Thankfully the job was minuscule and took about 15 minutes to set up, do the work and clean up. The invasion of the driveway is at an all-time low since the injection holes are about the size of a dime. The homeowners were very impressed that they could use the driveway immediately since the curing time is minimal, and the hazards are gone for good! No worries anymore about getting in the garage!

Out of Water Experience
Pools are a hassle during the setup process. Uncovering the pool, cleaning it out, and ensuring the chemicals are balanced, the surrounding pool deck is ready to rumble. Everything checked off with this pool in Kitchener, Ontario, except the surrounding pool deck. The deck consisted of more giant concrete slabs, similar to a side walkway, and over time the slabs shifted outward, leaving a separation between the deck and the pool and various tripping hazards.    The separation between the pool deck and the actual pool can result in foundation cracking in the pool from the elements. To prevent that from happening and to put the tripping to a halt, the homeowners contacted Canadian Concrete Leveling. The great thing about our work is that we don't replace your already existing, good condition concrete; we lift it with our high-density polyurethane. After the initial call from the homeowners, we scheduled a day for our Project Manager, Andy Moncrieff, to provide an honest quote. Then on a later day, we have our installation team, JP and Kyle, come to the home and start with the polyurethane injections. Our injection holes are dime-sized and are sealed off with our anti-cracking, waterproof, and chemical resistant sealant. The process took under 30 minutes to set up, do the work, to clean up. The owners were impressed and didn't have to worry about water coming anywhere outside the pool.
From Sunken Slabs to Solid Ground: A Kitchener Patio Success Story
In this Kitchener backyard, years of wear and the sheer weight of massive concrete slabs had taken their toll on the patio. The soil beneath the surface eroded over time, causing the heavy slabs to sink unevenly. Cracks appeared along the relief cuts, and sections of concrete shifted apart, creating not only an eyesore but a significant safety hazard for the homeowners. To tackle these heavy-load challenges, Canadian Concrete Leveling used a high-density polyurethane polymer injection. This specialized material flowed into the voids left by eroded soil and expanded with precision, lifting the massive concrete slabs back to a level and stable position. Unlike traditional replacement methods, this approach preserves the existing patio while delivering structural strength from below. Once the slabs were properly stabilized, we applied our premium crack and joint sealant. This step bridges gaps, reinforces the surface, and protects against future water infiltration—ensuring the patio remains resilient through seasonal changes.   The finished result is a functional, safe, and visually appealing outdoor space, restored without the cost, mess, or disruption of a full concrete replacement. By combining advanced lifting technology with expert sealing, this Kitchener patio is now level, secure, and ready to be enjoyed for years to come, offering the homeowners peace of mind and a patio that truly stands the test of time.
