In Kleinburg, we recently handled a high-stakes concrete repair project. A large pad supporting the home’s air conditioning units and a Generac generator had begun to settle, creating dangerous tension on the gas lines and electrical conduits. The homeowner mentioned that during heavy rains water would flow towards the house and disappear into the cracks.
