Our team injected high-density, structural-grade Polyurethane beneath the slab to lift and level the floor back to its original position. The homeowners are thrilled to have a level floor again. With the concrete stabilized and the gaps closed, they can finally move forward with finishing their basement project with total peace of mind.
From Sinking to Stable in Alliston
A basement should be a stable, functional space—a place for family gatherings, storage, or a home office. But for one family in Alliston, Ontario, their renovation plans came to a halt when a sunken floor slab made the space unsafe and unusable. Fixing the Patios Just in Time for Summer
This home in Brampton, Ontario, had a significant amount of concrete cracking and settling in both the front and backyard. They called Canadian Concrete Leveling as they needed a long-lasting solution that didn’t entail replacing all the concrete surrounding their home. Luckily, we do just that!   A highly trusted team from CCL went out to Brampton to fix the concrete – a time-efficient and cost-effective process that takes less time to install than traditional methods.   Our patented PolyLevel® expanding polyurethane was injected in small dime-sized drilled holes in and under the concrete. The polyurethane lifts and levels the concrete back to its proper grade. Next, we used NexusPro® as a sealant that fills the cracks in the concrete and lasts for years to come.   The team completed the job in no time. The customer was so glad she made the right decision calling CCL to save her time and money while also giving her a trustworthy solution.
Small Hazard Fixed Before it Worsened, Brampton, ON
A home in Brampton, Ontario, had some problems with the pool deck in the back yard. The pool deck was sinking in various areas along the back half of the pool. Not only was it an eyesore but the sinking concrete created various trip hazards around the pool. If it was not taken care of immediately then the concrete could continue to sink and trip hazards could worsen. The customer was concerned that the pool deck would continue to sink and that someone would trip and fall into the pool. They called Clarke Basement Systems and the Canadian Concrete Leveling team went to fix the problem. John DiNicolantonio explained everything that would be done to the pool deck. Billy McKeown and the team injected PolyLevel polyurethane beneath the concrete to lift and level the slabs. Our expanding polyurethane is compress the substrate and lift the concrete to ensure the area is protected from further settlement. We drilled small dime sized holes through the concrete and injected our PolyLevel polyurethane underneath the slabs. The polyurethane followed the path of least resistance underneath the concrete to fill all of the voids and then expanded. We were able to use the expansion of the polyurethane to lift the pool deck to protect them from further settlement. The customer was satisfied that we were able to remove the trip hazards around their pool deck without making a complete mess of their backyard. The customer has been left with a safe and usable space thanks to Canadian Concrete Leveling.
Sunken Front Steps of Home caused Tripping Hazard, Brampton Ontario
A home in Brampton, Ontario was dealing with unsafe settlement at both the front entrance and backyard patio. The front steps had gradually sunk, creating a significant height difference and a clear trip hazard. In the backyard, sections of the concrete patio were also settling and beginning to slope toward the foundation. This had become a real concern for the homeowner. His mother lived in the home, and the uneven front steps made daily entry and exit difficult and unsafe. His children also used the backyard patio regularly, where uneven slabs and pooling water increased the risk of trips and slips. After inspection, it was found that the patio settlement was caused by loose, poorly compacted soil beneath the concrete. Over time, the weight of the slabs compressed the ground, creating voids that led to sinking. At the front steps, water intrusion between the stoop and steps had also contributed to erosion underneath the concrete. Our team used a precision polyurethane injection system to lift and stabilize the affected areas. The material filled the voids, strengthened the base, and gently restored the concrete to a safe, level position. Once complete, the trip hazards were removed and both areas were stabilized. The homeowner was relieved to have a safe, even surface restored for his family’s everyday use.
Lift and Repair of Walkway in Brampton, ON
Our clients in Brampton were concerned about two things, that their sinking walkway was a trip hazard, and if the sinking got any worse it would cause water to run to the foundation of their home and damage it. When they decided they wanted to prevent any further damage and to repair their walkway, they gave Canadian Concrete Leveling a call to solve the problem.  Our Project Manager, Joe McColl, assessed the situation and concluded that the walkway would need a PolyLevel® injection and sealant to lift and repair the walkway and eliminate trip hazards. With a plan set, Kyle McKeown and his production team went to the home to complete the job.  Once the PolyLevel® and sealant were installed, the homeowners were thrilled and relieved to have their walkway repaired and no longer have to worry about having trip hazards or any damage to their foundation.
When a Busy Warehouse Floor Isn't Safe, Every Minute Counts
In a high-demand Brampton warehouse, every inch of floor matters. When hollow pockets formed beneath the concrete—sub-slab voids caused by soil settlement—large sections of the floor were left unsupported. Heavy forklifts, constant foot traffic, and stored inventory were all at risk. The situation was urgent: a failing slab could have led to costly downtime, equipment damage, or even safety incidents.   Canadian Concrete Leveling stepped in with a precise, high-strength solution. Using engineered structural resin, we injected directly into the subgrade. The resin flowed into every void, consolidating the soil and creating a permanent, rock-solid foundation beneath the slab. Unlike traditional “rip and replace” methods, our process required no demolition, no downtime, and no interruption to daily operations. By the time our team finished, the floor was immediately ready to handle heavy forklift traffic.     The result was more than just a repaired floor. The client avoided the massive cost and disruption of a full slab replacement, their operations continued without interruption, and the warehouse now had a safe, reliable foundation for years to come. Canadian Concrete Leveling delivered a solution that was efficient, long-lasting, and strategically smart, proving that sometimes the strongest fixes are the ones you can’t even see.

Rear Patio Sunk Overtime, Oakville, ON
A home in Oakville, Ontario, had a problem at the rear patio. The concrete patio had sunk over time and was beginning to slope towards the foundation. The patio was poured on top of loose soils around the foundation. Since these soils were loose, the weight of the concrete further compressed the area, leading to sinking and settling throughout the patio. The customer had recently moved into the home and was worried the sloping patio would lead to water damage in the basement. The customer called Canadian Concrete Leveling and spoke to John DiNicolantonio, who explained the process of our solution. Kyle McKeown came in and used the PolyLevel Injection System and NexusPro Joint Sealant. It was injected beneath the concrete through small dime-sized holes. The patio was lifted back to the original level and is protected from further settlement. The customer was very happy that we were able to complete the lift on the patio in a timely manner.
Sunken Concrete Repair in Oakville, ON
Sunken concrete originates from poor soil conditions. Over time the loose soils compress and washout causing the concrete to settle. Our customer had replaced part of their concrete walkway because it had severely settled causing it to crack. System Design Specialist, John DiNicolantonio, met with our customer and provided a cost-efficient solution for their settled concrete issue. Foreman, Billy injected Polyurethane that expands under the sunken concrete and compresses against the loose soils to lift and stabilize the walkway. The Polyurethane protects against further settlement.   Our customer is satisfied and happy that our company was able to offer a permanent solution. The walkway is now level and protected with our lifetime warranty!
